2 or 3 chicken breasts, cooked and diced or shredded
1 large head greenleaf lettuce
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup almonds (sliced or slivered)
2 packages chicken-flavored ramen noodles

Dressing:
Both packages of the ramen chicken flavoring
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp.pepper
6 T white vinegar
4 T sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Toast the sesame seeds and almonds under the broiler. Tear the lettuce or cut into strips. Combine chicken, lettuce, onions, cilantro, sesame seeds and almonds in a large bowl. Immediately before serving, break the ramen noodles into bite-sized chucks and mix with the remainder of the ingredients. Combine the dressing ingredients and mix well. Pour over the salad and serve immediately.
