2 small pkgs orange Jell-O
1 and 1/2 cups hot water
1 small can (6 oz) frozen orange juice
1 can crushed pineapple, with juice
1 can mandarin oranges, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Jell-O with hot water until dissolved then
add other ingredients, mix and place in refrigerator until set.


Topping

1 pkg lemon pie filling prepared according to directions
9-12oz tub of Cool Whip-thawed
1/2 cup grated cheese- (cheddar)



Fold cool whip into the pie filling and spread on top of Jell-O then sprinkle with grated cheese and refrigerate.
