1/2 stick of butter
1 cup of brown sugar-packed
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 T. cider vinegar
1 can beef broth (or chicken broth with pork or chicken)
1 - 18 ounce bottle of KC MasterpieceŽ Barbecue Sauce
Dash or two of Louisiana Hot Sauce

Directions:

Cook meat and leave drippings in pan -add butter and sugar, stir and melt on low heat, add mustard, vinegar, broth and barbecue sauce then turn up heat to medium, do not allow it to boil. Now add the hot sauce-simmer about 15 min then pour over meat and cook in the oven 30 minutes at 350 degrees. You may want to baste an extra coat of sauce on the meat.
