2 garlic cloves (sliced in half)
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. seasoning pepper
6 tblsp. salad oil
8 cups spinach
3 hard cooked eggs, chopped
8 slices bacon, crumbled
2 94 3 green onions
mushrooms & cauliflour pieces, sliced

Dressing:
Combine first 7 ingredients, mix well and chill for minimum 2 hours.

Prepare the rest of the ingredients, remove garlic cloves from dressing, add and toss well.
