2 1/2 to 3 pounds chicken (thighs, legs and breasts)
1/2 c flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp oil

Directions:
Wash chicken and pat dry. Mix flour, salt paprika and pepper.
You may add more seasoning and flour-this was never
measured just put together. Put four mixture in zip lock bag. heat
oil. coat chicken in flour mixture. Cook chicken in oil over medium
heat 15 to 20 minute until light brown. Remove from heat and
cook in oven for 30 -40 minutes at 425.

Grandma taught me to soak the chicken while defrosting it so it
would absorb the moisture and make it more juicy.
