Flank Finger Steak cut into 2 inch cubes
Seasoned Flour (1 cup flour, 2 tsp season salt)
1/2 C Bacon Drippings
2 T Mustard
2 T Dried Minced Onions
2 T Parsley Flakes (Dried)
1/2 Cup Catsup
1/4 Cup Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Drudge steak in seasoned flour and brown in drippings. Remove
from pan. Mix all other ingredients together and pour into pan.
Bring to boil over medium heat. Replace meat and stir together.
