One broiler fryer chicken, cut in pieces
1/4 C Brown sugar
1/4 C soy sauce
3 Tbs. Lemon or lime juice
3 Tbs. water
1/4 Tsp garlic powder
Dash ground ginger
1/4 C flour
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first six ingredients until smooth. Pour over chicken, cover
and marinate in fridge several hours or overnight - turning
occasionally - the chicken not you!
Place chicken and marinade in crock pot or slow cooker. Cover
Cook on low for 7 -9 hours.
If thicker gravy is desired, make a paste of flour and 1/4 C water,
stir into crock pot. Cover and cook on high until thickened.
