1 c. mint chipits
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. icing sugar
1 egg
1 1/2c. wafer crumbs
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. margarine
2 c. icing sugar
2 tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chipits and 1/4 c. margarine in double boiler. Reserve 1/4 c. for top drizzle. Add 1/4 c. icing sugar and egg to remaining melted chipits and beat well. Stir in wafer crumbs and nuts. Press in 8" pan. Chill. Cream 1/4 c. marg, 2 c. icing sugar and milk until fluffy. Add green food colouring if desired. Spread evenly over base in pan. Drizzle reserved melted chipits on top. Chill until firm. Cut into bars.
