1/2 tsp salt
1/2 Cup beer

Mix all ingredients together. Finish off the beer. Dip zucchini,
fish, green tomatoes, or anything else into batter. Cook in small
amount of oil until brown on both sides.

Grandma use to make fried green tomatoes this way. Ted
