1 1/2 sticks butter,
1 can apple pie filling (1 lb. 5 oz.),
1 can crushed pineapple, no sugar added (1lb. 4oz.),
1 box yellow cake mix,
1 cup chopped walnuts,

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9 X 13" glass pan.
Dot the bottom of the pan with 1/2 stick of butter.
Pour the following in layers (do not mix anything):
-apple pie filling
-crushed pineapple
-cake mix, as it comes from the box
Dot the top of the cake with the rest of the butter.
Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake in preheated, 350 oven for 50 minutes, or until brown.
Serve warm over vanilla ice cream or alone.
