20 oz.cooked broccoli (drained well), 4 cups cooked chicken breast, 3/4 cup mayo, 2 - 10 1/2 oz. cans cream of chicken soup, 1 tsp. lemon juice, 8 oz. grated cheddar cheese, 1 cup cornflake crumbs, 1/2 stick of butter melted.

Preheat oven at 350. Cut chicken breast into bite size pieces. Stir mayo, undiluted soup, and lemon juice in a bowl. Put broccoli in 9x13 baking dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste. (I use garlic pepper) Add layer of chicken. Next, layer soup mixture. Cover with cheese. Sprinkle corn flake crumbs on casserole. Dot top with melted butter. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
