1 1/2 pounds ground round, 1/2 cup chopped celery, 1/4 cup chopped green pepper, 1 medium onion chopped, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of celery soup. (Do not dilute soups). 1 cup uncooked minute rice, 3 T. soy sauce, 1 small can of mushrooms, 1 small can of chow mein noodles.

Brown ground round, onion, celery, and green pepper. Add soups, rice, and soy sauce. Put in a covered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Add chow mein noodles. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes at 375º.
