Diced mushroom (I use baby bella but you can use your favorites)
1 shallot diced
1 teaspoon fresh garlic finely diced
olive oil
Crepes (use the Williams Sonoma easy mix or buy them already made at Publix. You can make your own by using very thin pancake mix too).
Vegetable oil for frying crepes
Baby greens for serving

Setas cortadas en pedacitos (Yo uso los baby bella pero pueden usar sus preferidos)
1 cebollita shallot
1 cucharadita de ajo bien picadito o machacado
aceite de oliva
Crepes (use la mezcla que vende Williams Sonoma o los que vende Publix ya hechos o hagalos en casa ustilizando mezcla bien aguadita de pancakes)
Aceite vegetal para freir los crepes
Vegetales verdes para ensalada

Directions:
Sautee mushrooms, shallots and garlic in olive oil on medium heat until mushrooms are tender. Let cool. Get crepes ready for serving. Toss baby greens in olive oil and serve in individual plates, sprinkle with sea salt. Spoon mushroom mix on each crepe folding like it like a square. Fry crepes until golden brown and serve inmediately on the baby greens.

Sofria las setas, el ajo y los shallots en el aceite de oliva hasta que las setas esten tiernas. Dejelo enfriar. Prepare los crepes para servir. Mezcle los vegetales verdes con un poquito de aceite de oliva y espolvoree un poco de sea salt segun los vaya sirviendo en platillos individuales. Ponga una cucharada de la mezcla de setas en cada crepe, doblando el crepe como un sobre cuadrado. Frialos en aceite vegetal hasta que doren y sirvalos inmediatamente sobre los vegetales verdes.
