2 c. Sugar
1/2 c. Butter or Margarine, softened
4 Eggs
3 tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
1 8-oz. c. Crushed Pineapple, drained,
1 tsp. Vanilla extract,
1 unbaked 9-in. Pastry Shell

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar and butter;
cream well. Add eggs and flour, beating well.

Stir in pineapple and vanilla.
Pour mixture into pastry shell.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted half-way between center and edge comes out clean.
Cool thoroughly before serving.
