Cream together: 2/3 cup Crisco shortening or butter, 1-1/3 Cups sugar, 2 eggs.

Mix together: 2-1/ 2 cups flour,
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder,
1 teaspoon baking soda,
1 teaspoon salt.

Add: 1-1/4 cup banana, about 3-1/2 bananas,
2/3 cup buttermilk.

Bake at 350º until knife inserted in loaf comes out clean.
