1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c.butter, soft
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. shelled sunflower seeds

In small bowl stir flour, baking soda and powder. In large bowl beat butter with mixer 30 sec. Add sugars and beat until blended, add eggs and vanilla to butter and beat. Using mixer, beat in as much flour as you can, stir in remaining by hand. Stir in oats, coconut and sunflower seeds. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough 3" apart on lightly greased cookie sheet lined with foil. Bake at 350 degrees 8-9 min. let cool 5 min.
