1 egg
3 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 lb uncooked ground pork
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup catsup
3 tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp prepared mustard

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, beat egg; add milk, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and crumbs. Add pork and mix well. Shape into two loaves. Place into a small baking pan. Combine the remaining ingredients: pour over loaves. Bake uncovered, at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until no longer pink.
