1/4 lb. butter
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped green onions
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
2 c. cooked rice
salt and cayenne pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium size pot, cook broccoli according to directions. Drain well. Cook rice. Mix broccoli with 1 cup of the grated cheese and the can of soup. Stir in the rice. Set aside. In a large skillet, saute onions and butter until done - 5 minutes. Add to the broccoli rice mixture. Place all ingredients in a casserole dish. Bake at 325F for 40 minutes. Top the casserole with 1 cup of cheddar cheese and back for 20 minutes more.
