1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. Velveeta
1 small box frozen broccoli
onion salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
2 pkg. pistolettes

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli, drain; set aside. Brown ground beef, drain, and return to skillet. Season meat with onion salt and pepper. Cut velveeta cheese in small pieces and add to meat; stir until cheese is melted. Add broccoli and mix well. Slice a thin top from each pistolette. Scoop out bottom of pistolette and stuff meat mixture in roll and replace top. Bake in 350 oven until rolls are brown.
