2 lbs broccoli
2 c milk
1/2 medium onion, chopped
8 oz shredded cheese
4 T flour

Directions:
Directions:
Chop broccoli and put in stock pot with 4 c water. Boil about 15 minutes.
When tender puree in blender
Sautee onion in 2 T oil, add flour and milk. Add 1/2 broccoli and salt and puree again.
Add the rest of the broccoli and the cheese.
