4 cooked chicken breasts, shredded
1 can condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can condensed Cream of Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 c mayonaise
1 tsp curry
1 tsp lemon juice
16 oz package frozen broccoli, cooked
2 tbsp butter or margarine
2 slices bread
2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:

Mix together in large bowl: soups (do not dilute!), mayo, curry and lemon juice. Layer bottom of 12x19 inch casserole dish with cooking spray, broccoli, and chicken. Pour soup mixture over the top. Next, layer with shredded cheddar. Break bread slices into crumbs and mash together with margarine. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over the top. Bake in 350º oven for 20 minutes.

Gramma Oliver used to take this highly requested casserole to church potlucks as well as family dinners. I still use the same beat-up casserole pan that she would transport it in.
