1 to 3 lb. Brisket Roast
1 Bottle Liquid Smoke
1/2 c. Vinegar
1/2 c. Soy Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and marinate at least 8 hours. Remove roast from liquid, put in pan and cover pan with foil to avoid drying out. Cook at 120 for 5 to 8 hours.
