Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c milk
3/4 c sugar
2 heaping tbsp flour
3 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
1 c coconut
Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and flour together until smooth. Add egg yolks, beat until smooth. Add milk, vanilla and 3/4 c coconut. Cook in saucepan until thick. Pour into baked pie shell. Cover with meringue and bake until brown at 300º

Meringue:
3 egg whites, beaten until stiff

Add 6 tbsp sugar
Pinch of cream of tartar

Beat all together until well mixed. Spread on pie.
