Ingredients:  
3 c plain flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c. pecans
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c oil
2 tsp valilla
2 c. zuccini
1 8oz or 10oz crushed pineapple (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients, set aside
Beat eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla
Add zuccini and pineapple
Pour into 2 greased loaf pans

Bake 325 1 1/2 hour
