1/2 c vegetable oil
1 1/2 c mashed ripe bananas (about 3 large)
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/3 c Bisquick baking mix
1 c sugar
1/2 c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350
Grease bottom of loaf pan, generously
Beat all ingredients vigorously with spoon 30 sec. Pour batter into pan.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 55 to 65 min. Cool 5 min. Loosen sides of loaf from pan. Remove from pan
