1 1/2 lbs. cream cheese
1 3/4 c sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. orange and lemon rind(optional)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs
1/4 c heavy cream
1/2 small can of crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Cream cheese. Mix other ingredients and add gradually. Add eggs one at a time. Add heavy cream. do not beat very much after adding cream. Bake 12-15 minutes in 500 oven. Reduce heat to 220 and continue baking for one hour. Let cool before removing from pan. Use a spring form pan.
