1 lb Ground beef
1 cup cooked Rice
1 slightly beaten Egg
1 t Satl
1 t Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 of a 5oz jar Spiced Apple Rings-5 rings
1/4 cup Corn syrup
1 T Lemon Juice
2 t Cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly combine meat, rice, 1/2 cup water, egg, salt and worcestershire. Shape into 5 thick patties and place in shallow baking pan. Drain apple rings, reserving 1/2 cup syrup. Press an apple ring onto each patty. Bake, uncovered @ 350º for 35 min. Meanwhile, combine reserved apple syrup, the corn syrup and lemon juice in saucepan. Stir 2t water into cornstarch and add to syrup mixture. Cook and stir till mixture is thickened and bubble. Spoon onto patties and bake 5 more min.

This is a really good dish. I used to fix it when the kids were younger and I used to cook.
