3 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 lb grated mild cheddar cheese
1 1/2 lb. hot sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cheese and bisquick and add sausage. Mix well with hands, and form into balls. Place balls in freezer on a cookie sheet for about 5 min. Remove and bake @ 350º for 25 min.
