10 hardboiled eggs
2 to 3 T mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 T lemon juice
1 avacado, mashed
Coarse salt and pepper

Directions:
Using a pastry blender or fork, mash eggs in a large bowl, stir in mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice. Carefully fold in avocado; season with salt and pepper.
