Ingredients:
Ingredients:
(similar to Red Lobster’s version)

1 pint heavy cream
1 stick real butter
2 T cream cheese
½ - ¾ c parmesan cheese
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 T Cajun seasoning
1 large chicken breast

Slice bonesless chicken breast into thin slices, brown in a little oil, add Cajun seasoning until fully cooked, no pick. While chicken cooks, prepare the sauce.

In a saucepan combine butter and heavy cream. Mix well then add the cream cheese. Make sure it is softened. Cook on medium to low heat. Add the remaining ingredients. Simmer and stir while cooking. The longer you simmer the better it tastes. About 20 minutes or so, make sure you check this as it can burn with all the cheese. Once cooked, add chicken and more seasoning to taste.

Cook pasta according to package directions. I prefer Penne or linguine. Top with chicken and sauce.
