1 1/2 lb Chuck or Round Steak-cut in stips
1/3 cup Flour
1 t. Salt
1/4 t. Pepper
1 Onion-sliced
1-2 Green Peppers-sliced
1 lb can Tomatoes
1 4oz can Mushrooms
2 T. Molasses
3 T. Soy Sauce

Put steak strips, flour, salt & pepper in crock pot. Stir will to coat steak. Add all ramining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hour.

Serve over rice.
