"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Cut beef in sections for better handling on grill. Cut off all fat from sections. Season and marinate with above ingredients for 2 hours before cooking. Cook over a mesquite grill until brown and juicy, do not allow to dry out. Keep marinate. Wrap meat in foil with marinate sauce and place on grill for 15 min, turning over frequently. Slice meat against the grain into small strips.

Serve with flour tortillas, guacamole dip, pico de gallo, cheese, tomato & lettace.

In case of a rainy day, put meat in a cooking bag and bake @ 350º for one hour.
