EXTRA CREAMY CHEESE CAKE

1 lb cream cheese (softened)
1 c sugar
dash salt
5 eggs
tsp. Almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Beat cheese in mixer until soft and fluffy. Gradually add sugar and dash of salt. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg. Add almond extract, beat until smooth. Pour into spring form pan that has been lined with graham cracker crust and bake 40 minutes at 350 or until light brown on top and a knife inserted in the middle comes out clean. Can top with a fruit like cherries or strawberries, or serve plain.

This is the personal birthday cake for Benjamin. Since his birthday is on Christmas, it looks very festive at our get togethers when decorated with cherries.
