1 ¼ c sifted all purpose flour
½ c brown sugar, packed
½ tsp. Salt
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
½ c peanut butter
½ tsp. Baking soda
1 egg
½ c soft margarine
1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350º. Grease cookie sheets. Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon and soda. In large bowl, combine margarine, sugars, peanut butter, egg and vanilla. Cream on high speed for 2 minutes. Lower speed and gradually add flour mixture. Blend for about 1 minute, scraping side of bowl as necessary. Form 1 inch ball between palm. Place on prepared cookie sheets. Flatten with fork, dipped in water. Bake for 10 minutes.
