1 c sifted all purpose flour
c brown sugar, packed
tsp. Salt
cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
c peanut butter
tsp. Baking soda
1 egg
c soft margarine
1 tsp. Vanilla extract



Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease cookie sheets. Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon and soda. In large bowl, combine margarine, sugars, peanut butter, egg and vanilla. Cream on high speed for 2 minutes. Lower speed and gradually add flour mixture. Blend for about 1 minute, scraping side of bowl as necessary. Form 1 inch ball between palm. Place on prepared cookie sheets. Flatten with fork, dipped in water. Bake for 10 minutes.
