3 c Bisquick
1 lb. bulk sausage (hot or mild)
lb sharp cheddar cheese (grated)


Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and roll into small balls and bake at 350 375 until golden brown. (15 20 minutes)
These can be prepared ahead of time and frozen. If you are going to freeze them, put the balls on a sheet pan until frozen. Remove from pan and store them in a freezer bag. Allow at least 25 30 minutes when baking them frozen.
