3 c Bisquick
1 lb. bulk sausage (hot or mild)
½ lb sharp cheddar cheese (grated)


Directions:

Mix ingredients together and roll into small balls and bake at 350 – 375º until golden brown. (15 – 20 minutes)
These can be prepared ahead of time and frozen. If you are going to freeze them, put the balls on a sheet pan until frozen. Remove from pan and store them in a freezer bag. Allow at least 25 – 30 minutes when baking them frozen.
