6 to 8 tortillas, flour
8 oz. cream cheese, can be flavored or plain.
Any or all ingredients may be added and mixed: salsa, green/black olives, chopped spring onions, shredded cheese, red/green pepper, chilies, chopped ham or other meats. Be creative.

Mix cream cheese with desired ingredients. Spread on tortillas and roll as tightly as possible. Wrap in plastic sack and chill overnight. Cut into 1 inch slices.
