Meatballs:
1 lb low fat ground beef
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Small finely chopped onion
1 egg
spices to suit
Sauce:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 can pineapple chunks with juice
1/3 cup vinegar
1 table. soy sauce
Large chopped onions, mushrooms, green pepper, tomatoes optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mealball ingredients and fry. Drain. Mix sauce ingredients and cover meatballs and simmer at least 10 min. Thicken with cornstarch mixed in water. Serve with rice.
