1 1/2 cup converted rice
3 cups chicken broth or water with dissolved bullion cubes
1 pkge. dry onion soup
1 can cream of chicken soup, slightly diluted
10 pieces of boneless, skinless chicken thighs

Directions:
Directions:
In 9x13 pan, sprinkle rice and part of onion soup. Cover with broth or water with bullion cubes. Place chicken on top. Sprinkle on remaining onion soup. Cover with chicken soup, slightly diluted. Bake at 350 for 1 hour, cover with foil and bake another 20 min.
