2 cups sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 large can pumpkin
3/4 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
4 cups flour
2 tea. baking soda
1 tea. each salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger. Add extra if desired
2 cups raisins
1 cup nuts, optional

Directions:

Beat sugars, pumpkin, oil and eggs together. Add the rest of the ingredients. If batter is too thick, add a bit of water. Pour in 3 greased loaf pans and bake at 350 for 70 min. Cool before removing from pan.
