16 oz. elbow macaroni
3 C. Half and Half, divided
12-18 slices American or Cheddar Cheese
12 Ritz crackers
salt, pepper and paprika to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to directions on box. Drain well.
Preheat oven to 350º and grease a 9x13 pan or casserole dish with butter.
Spoon 1/3 of the pasta into pan and pour in 1 C. Half and Half and cover with 4 to 6 slices of cheese. Continue layering with pasta, Half and Half and cheese, two more times.
Place crackers in a ziplock bag and crush them. Add salt, pepper and paprika to crushed crackers, shake to mix together. Sprinkle the crumbs on top of pasta and cheese.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
