One 16-once can pumpkin
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
4 eggs beaten
3 1/2 cups flour
1 cup salad oil
2 teaspoons soda
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
2/3 cup water

Directions:

Cream sugar and oil together. Add eggs and pumpkin. Mix well. Sift together dry ingredients Add dry ingredients, alternating with water. Pour into greased and floured muffin pans or with paper liners. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until done. Let stand 10 minutes. Remove from pan to cool.
