1 2lb bag of frozen Hashbrowns
1 lg Onion-chopped
1 pt Sour Cream
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 stick Butter-melted
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 cups crushed Potato Chips
1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar Cheese
1/2 stick Butter-melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix thoroughly the first five ingredients and salt and pepper. Place in casserole dish. Toss potato chips, cheddar cheese and melted butter and spread over potato mixture.

Bake @ 350švor 1 hour.
