2 (3OZ) pkg. cream cheese-softened
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
BROWNIES
21 1/2 oz. fudge brownie mix
1/3 c. water
13 c. oil
1 egg

Directions:
Grease a 13x9" pan.
In small bowl combine all filling ingred.;beat 50 strokes with spoon.spread 1/2 of brownie mixture into a greased
pan. Pour filling mixture over brownie batter; spread to cover. Top with remaining brownie batter by spoonfuls. To marble, pull knife through batter in wide curves. Turn pan and repeat.
Bake 30-35 min. Cool 2 hrs. Refrigerate 1 hr.
