1 ob med Wide Noodles
1/4 ob Margarine
1 cup Brown Sugar
dash Cinnamon
1 cup Raisins
4 Eggs - beaten until fluffy
1 T. Vanilla

Cook noodles per directions on package and drain. Combine all ingredients - except brown sugar and cinnamon - mix well. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar.

Bake 350 for 1 hour until brown.

Easier to bake the day before - slice when cold and reheat before serving.
Can be served hot or cold.
Great brunch dish.
