8 Eggs - beaten
6 slices Bread - crumbled
1 cup grated Cheese
1 t. dry Mustard
1/2 t. Parsley flakes
1/2 t. chopped Onion
1 lb Sausage - cooked and crumbled
2 cups Milk
1 t. Salt
1 T. chopped Green Pepper

Directions:

Combine and put in greased 9x13 pan. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake @ 350º for 30 min.
