6 slices Bread-decrusted & buttered
1 lb hot or med Breakfast Sausage - browned & drained
4 cup grated Cheese
1 t. Dry Mustard
1 t. Salt
1 pint Half & Half
6 Eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 9x13 dish and layer bread in bottom. Spread sausage over bread and cheese over sausage. Combine dry ingredients with small amount of half & half cream. Pour over cheese. Beat eggs with remining half & half and pour on top.

Bake @ 350º for 40 min.

May be frozen.
