6 slices Bread
1 lb bulk Sausage
1 1/2 cup (6oz) Cheddar Cheese
6 Eggs-beaten
2 cups Half & Half
1 t. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Remove crusts from bread, spread butter on bread. Place in greased 9x13 pan or dish and set aside. Brown sausage, drain and spoon over bread. Sprinkle cheese over sausage. Combine eggs, half & half & salt. Mix well and pour over cheese. Cover & chill overnight. Remove from refrigerator 15 min before baking. Bake uncovered @ 350 for 45 min or until set.
