1 pkg Crescent Rolls
1 dozen Eggs
1 lb Sausage - may use ham or bacon
3 cups grated Cheese
1 Onion
1 Green Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, onion & bell pepper. Drain well. Beat 1 dozen eggs, pour sausge mixture into eggs, add most of cheese. Lay crescent rolls in 9x13 pan sprayed w/ Pam. Pour sausage mixture over crescent rolls, sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

bake @ 350 for 30 - 35 min
