1/2 cup Take Control margarine
3/4 cups sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 teaspoom vanilla extract
1 cup + Tablespoon all-purpose flour
24 pecan halves (garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325 degree F. Cream the margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and blend well. Stir in the flour. Cover, and freeze for a few hours or overnight. Use a tablespoon to shape the dough into balls. Put a pecan half on each cookie, and place the cookies 2" apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 14 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are gloden brown. Cool on racks.
