Yellow Cake Mix (and ingredients called for on box)
2 C. chopped rhubarb
1 C. sugar
1 C. heavy whipping cream (do not whip)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix yellow cake mix according to directions. Pour into a greased 9" x 13" pan. Arrange the rhubarb on top of the cake. Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb and pour the whipping cream over all. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes.
To serve, top with prepared whipped cream.
